• Usage data such as features accessed and time spent in the app

• Generate AI-powered content on your behalf using the details you provide

4. AI-Generated Content

When you use our AI content generation features, your business description, brand tone preferences, and selected platforms are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate content. We do not use your content to train AI models. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your business description.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Social media platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) to publish your content
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle billing
• AI providers (OpenAI) solely to generate content you request
• Service providers who assist us in operating our platform under confidentiality agreements
• Law enforcement if required by law or to protect rights and safety

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

• Disconnect any linked social media account at any time

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

Vellopost is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
